Our Exchange & Store Credit Experience:
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items in your order. •Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.
Applicable for:
• Wrong product received
• Damaged on arrival (Tell us with in 24 hours from delivery)

• Exchange for same or another Goldess design you love of same value
• Store Credit for the full purchase amount, valid for 3 months
